FREE DELIVERY (for all orders over $50.00 within Australia) applies to all shoes, boots, footwear-related merchandise purchased online through FootWorks.net.au. We deliver Australia-wide via Australia Post Parcel Service. For overseas deliveries, please email us for a delivery price prior to purchase.
A flat $8.00 shipping/handling fee applies to purchases under $50.00. Spend over $50.00 & get Free Delivery.
All product prices shown throughout the FootWorks.net.au website are in Australian dollars & include 10%GST.
When we receive your order, footwear will be shipped within 5 business days, provided goods are in stock.
If your chosen footwear is out of stock, we’ll contact you via email or phone with an estimated delivery date, prior to processing your order.
To ensure customer protection, your purchased goods are sent by Australia Post Parcel Service. Please ensure you enter your full delivery address at point of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for all product refunds & replacements.
FootWorks can only replace footwear if the item has a manufacturing fault or is the incorrect size.
Product returns will be exchanged/refunded at FootWorks’ discretion. Customers returning goods must pay delivery costs to us. Please contact us firstly to confirm your options.
At FootWorks, we cannot accept worn shoes as returns, nor can we accept return of goods more than 30 days past delivery.
FootWorks can only process goods purchased through our FootWorks.net.au online store.
FootWorks will notify you of your refund via e-mail, after we’ve received & processed the returned footwear item.
Your refund will be charged back to your credit/debit card/bank account usually within 7—14 business days after FootWorks receives your return.
